Please join us as we celebrate our 90th Anniversary as the Pleasantville Rotary Club. Dinner will be held at the Stone Manor in Hawthorne, New York. Tickets are $125.00. Call 914 310-0739.

This important Training session is designed for continuing and incoming Club Officers that make up each club's CORE leadership team - Presidents, Secretaries, Presidents elect, Club Foundation Chairs, Treasurers, Club Membership Chairs and committee chairs & members who want to learn at Rotary. The District Training Assembly is convened by the DGE (incoming Governor). It will be a quick paced, educational "punch" delivered via 15 breakout sessions, 3 Plenary Sessions with a focus on subject matter that is relevant to each specific group of leaders. Five "How-to" fundraising presentations will be provided. Rotaractors and new members are welcome to attend. Continental Breakfast, Lunch & Materials included. Live demos for applicable sections of Rotary.org will be presented. The DTA is designed to remove burden from our Presidents and improve supportive communications to the clubs. Friday, May 09-10, 2014     District Conference in NYC for only $215
We will have an exciting, fun and historic District Conference in the middle of Manhattan at an unbeatable price! The Early Bird Price is only $215 until April 30 for all events together! The dates are May 9 & 10, 2014 in the Classic Hotel Pennsylvania near The Madison Square Garden. On Friday May 9, we will have The Getting Together Breakfast, The Paul Harris Fellowship Luncheon and Breakout Sessions. On Saturday May 10, we will have The Memorial Breakfast, The Awards Luncheon, The Governorís Evening Ball and Breakout Sessions. All Breakout Sessions on Friday and Saturday are free of Charge! There will also be an exhibit area for projects in our Rotary District. The Rotary International Presidentís Representatives are Past R.I. President Luis Vicente Giay & R.I. Director Celia Elena Cruz de Giay. District 7230 Conference Co-Chairs are PDG Paul Caruso and PDG Karl Milde. The price for all of this is only until April 30, from May 1, the price will be $230. You can either pay with Check, credit card or with PayPal. You can also download the registration for individual events at the district conference.

By Invitation only for Presidents Elects and spouses. Wine and light hors d'oevres will be served. All Presidents-elects are asked to register early as space is limited and if low attendance is anticiated we would like to include other district leaders. District Installation Luncheon honoring and recognizing all Club Presidents, AGs & Key District Leaders. A souvenir journal with Individual photos of the Class of 2014-15 Club & District Officers will be distributed. RI DE Julia Phelps will be the installing officer and Keynote speaker. Your family and friends are welcome to join in our celebration.
