Food for the Soul 2018

The Rotary Club of Harlem plans to feed the community and we need your help!  Help us reach our goal of packaging 20,000 MEALS for local Harlem Food Pantries on Saturday November 3rd from 9am to 3pm.

The Rotary Club of Harlem is partnering with Active Plus, The Outreach Program and local nonprofit organizations to make an impact in our community. The Outreach Program is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation that organizes food packaging events around the country. With more than 330 million meals packaged to date, the organization’s mission is to provide safe water, food, medical care, and education to those in need, at home and abroad.

The Rotary Club of Harlem & Active Plus will be providing these packaged bags of food to local food pantries just in time for the holiday season. Each bag is fortified with vitamins and contains 6 servings. These five meal varieties are packaged and then sent to local food pantries in the area to provide meals for hungry families in need. Come join us and be a part of something special. Bring your friends and join us for a day of service as we live out our motto "Service Above Self".
