It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we congratulate Abit Ragbeer on being selected to serve as District Governor for the 2028–2029 Rotary year. Abit has long demonstrated consistent dedication to Rotary’s mission, a deep commitment to service, and leadership style reflects the very best of our district. As we look ahead, we are confident that her vision, energy and passion for service will guide District 7230 toward continued growth, innovation, and meaningful impact. She is a member of the E-Club of Vision.
Additionally, DGN Serkan Ceylan, a member of the Rotary Club of Scarsdale, has moved into the office of District Governor Elect (DGE), for Rotary year 2027-28. Serkan's Rotary life began in July 2006 when he joined the Rotary Club of Bodrum-Karia in Turkey, serving as Club Secretary, and then President in 2013-14. He moved to the Rotary Club of Scarsdale in 2022 and remains actively involved there.
