District leaders came together for a day of leadership training and collaboration in Bermuda, bringing District 7230’s vision of “Our Plan for Success” to life. The session focused on how clubs can align with the Rotary International Action Plan, a roadmap designed to help Rotarians expand their reach, increase their impact, enhance participant engagement and strengthen adaptability.
Throughout the day, district leaders facilitated engaging discussions on how these priorities translate into local success for clubs in Bermuda. Participants explored practical strategies to grow membership, elevate service projects, and embrace innovation, all while deepening connections within the Rotary family.
